Creative Review Covers Climate Camp Oct 2008

Climate Camp received a lot of follow up press recently, some of it in some exciting new places - and we’d like to take a bit of the credit! UHC created this year's penknife brand and its been featured in the October issue of Creative Review (see our press archive or the Creative Review blog).
Its encouraging to see quality design activism taken seriously. Here's to even wider success next year!

'Hurtful Essences' Campaign in Scotland Oct 2008

Uncaged have been working hard campaigning against Herbal Essences, with posters, leaflets and a six meter tall inflatable bottle, all created by UHC. Support has grown nationally and now word has spread to Scotland. Check out Uncaged's news page or Facebook group for latest whereabouts. Over 13 000 people (as we write) have formally pledged to boycott Herbal Essences, with hundreds of thousands more made aware of Herbal Essences' animal testing. Contribute by signing the petition at www.hurtfulessences.org

Water Table Wins Bronze Medal July 2008

Our third bespoke table, The Water Table, won Bronze Medal at this year's Hampton Court Flower Show for Southend-on-Sea Borough Council's low-water garden. View our Press Archive to see the Water Table on BBC Youtube clip. The project maps London's underground rivers and the Victorian engineers who built our railways and sewers onto the veins of a giant cabbage leaf, all hand-painted in ink.
